Cedric shrugged and smiled. "I really don't mined too much. I like to do what the muggles call surfing, snow boarding, and I also like muggle games and the ones that use the thing called a computer or game system. It is hard to set them up with out magic thou." He said laughing. He remembered what happened the first time he trying to snowboard and surf. He still has the scars on his back too from that.

The familiar sports that Cedric mentioned got the best of Sonja's curiosity, she remembered most of them from her time in Russia, but she had never been very familiar with the internet. "Aw yeah my family NEVER messed with computers." She laughed; a memory of her father struggling to piece together a broken key board flittering through her head. The idea saddened her just the slightest bit. It was all she could see when she thought of home; her father and his strict and overbearing personality. “But you said you still play a lot of muggle sports? That’s good; If you can’t play quidditch then at least you can stay active.” Sonja bit her tongue before pushing any further into such a difficult subject. She didn’t want to be the one to blame for Cedric’s depressed mood. Especially when she had just managed to pull him out of it…

"Ya things like that will get you quite injured worrs thou. But it is fun. Have to watch out for sharks when surfing. You can lose an arm or leg or your life. But it isn't too bad." He said. He knew how much trouble it would be to lose any of his arms or legs. But it was fun and he was careful too. He had see a grate white shark up close ones when surfing. He was lucky not to get hurt. He could never forget how dead thous eyes looked, how big the mouth was or how big the shark was.

Sonja turned with a sudden excitement. She figured getting Cedric to talk about his hobbies was the best choice to try and cheer him up. “Tell me about surfing Ced.” She faced him with a serious tilt of her head, and smiled. “I’ve never been. It sounds pretty dangerous though, pretty fun. What’s it like?” There had never been much surfing back in her part of the Russian countryside, and she didn’t know any other witches or wizards who enjoyed the sport so much. It intrigued her to see that side of Cedric. He seemed to keep to himself most of the time.
