History:Mandy Hart was born into a large pureblood wizarding family who lived in the same high class estate in the hamptons of the wizarding world . Mandy kept her twin Melony , who often found it hard to fit in because of her unstable emotions and thirst for talent , sane because she was much more strong emotionally and looks positively on life . While their brothers and sisters went away to private schools for purebloods , Mandy and Melony convinced their parents to let them enter Hogwarts School Of Witchcraft and Wizardry .
