The younger daughter of Roger and Ismena Green arrived to their home from school. It was friday so she didn't have to stay at Hogwarts at the weekend. Hogwarts? A Death Eater at Hogwarts? Yes, it was shocking but since Lisa lost her memory her parents decided to work things out for her so she could come back to school. Noone was at their manor except some house elves because her mother was at St. Mungo's and her dad in the ministry doing their job. And of course Lisa's sister, Elizabeth lived with her husband somewhere else and probably was at work too. But Lisa wasn't sure where. Officially Liz was an auror in training, of course undercover one because just as her family she was into Death Eaters. Though, behind everybody's back she worked at Leaky Cauldron. Lizzy was a bartender there and from her family only Lisa knew about it. It was their secret because her controlling husband and their parents wouldn't be pleased with that. They would be furious. But Lisa didn't really care what they thought because she exactly knew the reason why Liz took that job and she understood. They both just didn't like that Loudwater guy who was Elizabeth's husband and Liz wanted to spend as little time with him as possible. Well, what can you expect from the marriage arranged by parents.

Lisa put her stuff on the floor and nodded at a house elf. A creature exactly knew what she expected. It supposed to take them to her room so Lisa didn't have to carry them herself. She couldn't use magic out of Hogwarts yet because of her age. And she thought that house elves where there to do things for her with a wink of an eye. The house elf clicked it's fingers and Lisa's things disappeared to reappear in her room. A girl didn't iven thank the little creature for help just went upstairs to her room. She didn't spend there much time when she heard the doors opening. Lisa sneaked her head from her room but saw noone. Maybe it was someone to her father but the house oelf told them his master wasn't home. Maybe it was her father who just got back from work.

Lisa decided to walk downstairs to the kitchen. She told one of the house elves to get her a butterbeer. As she got it she took a seat at the table and sipped some of her drink.

It was just another regular day at Knockturn Alley . Shady characters hanging around at various bars . Zacky was at one such bar , sipping his Butterbeer . He noticed Borgin from the nearby shop enter the bar and sat down at the table next to Zacky with a wizard whom Zacky did not recognise . They were conversing loudly and Zacky didn't really pay much attention to them until he heard a name he had been longing for : Lisa Green . Borgin had said this : "You know that Green girl ? I hear she's returned to Hogwarts ! Apparently she had been placed under the Imperius Curse ! Whad'ya make of that ?"

At that moment Zacky stood up and left the bar . Lisa back ? He asked himself . Gotta check this out . She should be home if i know her well . She isn't one to stay at school over the weekend . Zacky then apparated to Lisa's home . Putting on his Invisibility Cloak , he stepped up to the door and pointed his wand at it ."Alohomora ." He whispered . The door creaked open and Zacky entered the residence of the Greens . He had been here before of course , when he had still been her boyfriend , and he knew where each person slept . Zacky checked Lisa's bedroom . "Her bags are there !" Zacky thought excitedly . Checking the other rooms and finding nobody inside , he stepped down to the kitchen . On a chair sat the one person he had been looking for . He slipped off his cloak in the doorway and said ,"It's true. You're back ."

Not so many people knew why Lisa had fiery red hair. People thought she dyed them to get attention of others around her. And it wouldn't be something bad, it would be something she would do actually. But if you knew her before, for example at the age of six you would be very surprised seeing that color on her head. You would think her parents don't care what she does. They don't care what is happening to her. Poor little kid. Parents allowed her to dye her hair at that young age. But if you knew her from the beginning, knew her parents, especially her father you would know why she has that hair. Having a father who is a metamorphmagus you can expect you inherit the ability. Though, Lisa did not. Her sister was one but Lisa inherited only that odd looking hair. When she was younger she didn't like them. But after years she started to think she is special. It doesn't happen very often and it is something she can show off with.

Lisa sipped some more of a butterbeer and then she heard footsteps coming from the hall and ending just in the kitchens door. She quickly turned to see who it was. She didn't expect anyone there. Her parents were at work yet and house elves were rather quiet. She was very surprised seeing no one there until the invisibility cloak was taken off of a boy she was once with. "It's true. You're back." he said and Lisa blinked. Expression on her face had changed in a second from slightly shocked to rather angry. "Of course I am. What's so strange about it?"

"Nothing . Well ... I missed you . " Zacky said stupidly . He had thought about this moment even before it had happened . Being here , in her home , just talking to her , for once without any Dark Lords , any wars , any stupid Gryffindors . "It's been a long time since we last met . Let me tell you what happened after i got knocked out . " Zacky still recalled that incident . Someone had sent a spell at Lisa and while running to help her Zacky had been knocked out . He had awakened to find himself in a dark alley , alone , cold and downright miserable .

He had quickly picked himself up though and went to look for Lisa . He heard that she had gone missing , but he continued looking for her . He never gave up and his efforts finally paid off today , when Borgin had happened to sit next to him . He wondered if she would appreciate that he had been searching for her all this time .

Lisa blamed him and Artemus for what had happened to her. He was there with her yet she almost died being on Liam's mercy, her wand was snapped in half and her memory swept. In the other hand he was the only one who could tell her what happened since he gave her a hint he knew something she didn't. She didn't remember anything from that day. Her parents said she was out somewhere in the knockturn alley and that was it. But who caused it? The answer was simple but unreachable for Lisa. Liam McAdam got revenge finally. He cursed her, hexed her and she was hit in the head painfully.

She stood up and walked over to Zacky. It seemed she ignored his other words because she was interested only in one subject. "So, what happened?" she said surprisingly calmly. She crossed her arms but she didn't look angry, neighter she was. She was just confused, lost and curious of course.

Zacky smiled as he saw the look on Lisa's face . She looks so innocent , not like the evil queen of Artemus she once was . "Well , I tried to save you but i got knocked out . The next thing i knew i was lying in a dark alley with absolutely no idea what happened . Then i went to find you , although i didn't know where to start . Obviously I couldn't find you ."

"Over the next few days , i never gave up looking for you . Lucky i heard that you came back and i decided to come here , or else I would have continued looking for you till god knows when . " Zacky finished .

Lisa still considered herself a death eater of Artemus. Hell, she still considered herself his queen. Although she didn’t remember what happened between them since the stormy night at the shrieking shack when the silver snake necklace she wore, which was a horcrux for real, was given to her to keep, Lisa believed he still needed her. But where was he? He did not tell her when they were talking through the horcrux, or she just happened to get it out of her head somehow. Or maybe she was just waiting for him to come for her, wherever he was, take her away and give her the throne next to his that she’s been promised the last night she remembered from previous school year. But maybe they were only high-hopes.

A teen listened to Zacky’s words carefully. They made sense but she had problems to believe them. He, knocked out? That’s a good joke. And he couldn’t find her knowing where she lived? Another lie or stupidity? What Lisa wanted to do first after waking up in the place she found herself in was to get home. She spent there a few days before she got back to Hogwarts and another week there. And could he not send her an owl or something? Lisa was certainly disappointed. "Was it so hard to check here first these few days ago?" she raised an eyebrow awaiting an answer but she couldn’t wait too long because she had more to say. "And I’m on everyone’s mouth for a week now since my parents talked the ministry and school staff that I was under the Imperius curse." she looked at the boy before her with not small amount of scorn. "Where have you been looking for me? Under the sea? Do you not read newspapers? Daily prophet can’t find a better subject to write about. People look at me as if I killed someone. I’ve even got someone from the ministry to watch me. And guess who it is. Sonja Volturi." she said the name of a graduated girl with audible disgust.

"Yeah well , i WAS knocked out . I only woke up a few days later . I didn't even know the date when i woke up . That's why i didn't think to find you here . Even if i had , you'd probably wouldn't even be here . I didn't hear anyone say your name till today . Who'd you hear that from ?" Zacky said angrily . It was bad enough that she hadn't appreciated the fact he had spent time looking for her , and she even doubted his words .

"Sonja ? That weakling ? Come on ,i'm sure you can lose her easily . I mean , what can she do ? Even if she's part of the Ministry there is only so much she can do . Report to her boss that you're at home . " Zacky said . He hated Sonja of course .

It wasn’t like Lisa hadn’t appreciated Zacky’s wants to find her, no. She was just so confused, so frustrated because of the memory loss. She was frustrated of students’ gazes on her, whispers when she walked down the school corridors or sat in the Great Hall. And she didn’t even know what she had done. And she had to pretend she didn’t remember even more. Her wonderful life was ruined and if not Jessica, Lisa would just freak out and blow up everything in within her sight, hex anyone on her way. What a shame her new wand didn’t work as well as the old one that has been snapped in half. Though, she was lucky that no one used Veritaserum on her, because only memory loss would happen to be true.

A girl listened to his words with a slight frown on her face. Poor thing that she had laid all her anger and frustration on him, but he brought up some recent memories she would like to forget. "Oh just shut up!" she said rolling her eyes. "You just can’t understand, never would." she didn’t mean that but she wasn’t the one that takes things back. "And that puff can do much now. She knows everything, she doesn’t believe anything. I have to watch my words, my moves, facial expression. I hate being a fake!" she looked away slightly and repeated her last words silently and calmly this time. "I hate that."

To his surprise instead of getting angry Lisa calmed down instead . Hearing her say that she hated being a fake was terribly painful . He could stay and comfort her , or just leave . Zacky remembered the times when she had been with Artemus . He remembered how he had been treated , like a dog , just trying to protect her , and getting nothing but outright disrespect from her . However Zacky looked at this Lisa now , and that old familiar feeling began to come rushing back into his soul .

"I'm sorry ." He took her hand and just held her . "I didn't mean what i said . And of course i understand you . " He just stood there , holding her . No doubt people had been gossiping about her , that's why she was so stressed . No matter ,he would stay and help her get over this tough time .

Lisa had no idea how much she needed a friend to get over that all. She was independent before and did how she pleased. But now when she lost so much, when she couldn’t remember so many things and that she had more enemies than ever before, she needed someone by her side. Deep in heart she wanted Zacky to be that person. He was always there for her or so it seemed. He was there even when she treated him badly and disrespected him. He was there when she was angry with him. He was too good, too patient for her. She changed her moods a lot and you really had to know her well to stay calm. She wished Zacky could go back to school with her so she could have more than one friend there. Yes, Jessica was there and Jake sometimes too but Zacky… he was just him, the boy she had a lot in common once in a time.

A girl blinked when he said sorry and took her hand. She looked at him with a slight surprise in her eyes. She thought he would tell her she’s stupid and then leave the house or something. But no, he apologized and still tried to comfort her. Maybe it was weird as for her but happy tears poured her eyes. A small smile graced her face and she let go of his hand just to hug him. She rested her head on his shoulder holding him tightly. "Thank you." it wasn’t her thing to say such words but she was grateful he was there and if it was what he needed to hear from her at the moment then she could do that. "And I’m sorry too. I just can’t get things together. I wish you could be there with me." she said truthfully finally realizing he was the one who cared for her the most.

"I'll always be here for you . Okay ?" Zacky said . He was glad that Lisa finally realised that he had always been helping her , caring for her , even when she had been nasty to him . Of course ,
he wished that he could go back to attending Hogwarts with her . But , reality was that he was a known Death Eater and he was supposed to be in hiding now .

"Even if i cannot go back to school with you , you can always contact me when you need me ."Zacky told her . He had been thinking all this time of how to talk to her when she was at school . "You can always owl me . Shadow knows where to find me ." He said , referring to his owl who currently was flying around in a forest . "You can take him back to school with you . Besides , you can see me on Hogsmeade weekends too ."

A familiar feeling she had lost pretty long ago came back to her. She felt very good in his arms. Actually his arms felt like home. Weird thing considering they were at her home. But it was like she had woken up from a dream where she was blindfolded and now was back to what was before and she was happy with. This time it was good she lost part of her memory. Because if she remembered all what had happened, she would be torn. Lisa allowed a boy to her stone cold heart and it was Artemus. She knew he returned her feelings, hell he first fell in love with her. But now that everything was gone. She had no idea what was between them. All that mattered were Zacky’s feelings for her and those she had for him but never really let them out. Yes, she liked him, they used to be a couple, but she didn’t think she loved him. Lisa could be emotional with him but she couldn’t call it love just yet. Well, at least not from her side because she had a feeling Zacky was crazy about her. And he told her once that he loved her. She was shocked then and didn’t know what to say but it was easier to accept it now.

Lisa smiled hearing Zacky’s assurances. She just hoped she would not ruin that again trying to just use him, his trust and attachment like she did before. Rubbing her cheek against his shoulder she listened to what else he had to say then looked up at him. She wasn’t so sure if she could bring his owl to school with herself. Though, she appreciated an offer. Yet, she thought about her raven which learned to deliver letters like owls did. And like jumping out of her memory and into view her pet she simply called Raven flew in and landed on her arm. It stared at the boy and croaked recognizing him. "Yes, thank you. But I think he would be a little jealous if I used Shadow instead of him." she looked at Raven with a smile. Lisa then sighed before she spoke up again. "And to Hogsmeade trips… well, I don’t think it’s wise to meet you there while Volturi’s watching my every move." she chewed on her lip. "I don’t want her to catch you there."

"Oh right ! Heh ." Zacky took a look at Raven and grinned . "Don't worry about me , I can handle that Volturi girl if she tries anything funny . Well .. i guess i've got to cook up some sort of disguise then . Anyway , i'm not the most recognizable person in the Wizarding world , am i ?" Zacky said . Truth was he didn't know how to save his own hide if Volturi came after him . Nah ... she won't . She doesn't know where i am , for one . Zacky reassured himself .

"I'll write to you when you get back to school then . I won't be so stupid as to use my own name . When you write to me and i reply ... address me as James , alright ?" James had been one of Zacky's best friends when he had been younger , but unfortunately James had passed away. "Make sure Raven knows where to find me . Wait .. my father had some sort of object that could locate anybody you wanted to find . Let me pop home and get it for you . Stay safe ." Zacky kissed her and left the house . He apparated back to the Shadows mansion , and began his search for the object .

Lisa wasn’t so sure of that all. She felt really confused, she felt trapped. Everything was so hard now and she didn’t even know why. She listened to Zacky’s words. He seemed so confident while she herself lost confidence. Maybe not all of it, she was still the same Slytherin girl as before but she had to be careful now, watch out for people’s moves and hold back from doing something stupid what would reveal she wasn’t under Imperius Curse. Raven was playing with her hair between his small beak from time to time glancing at the boy in front of his mistress. He seemed to be listening to him too, weighting his words as Lisa did. Lisa nodded as if she agreed he wasn’t the most recognizable. But for real she was still worried. Maybe it was weird that she cared for someone else than herself but maybe it was time to repay in kind to Zacky finally, for all he had done for her and still tried to.

"James? Alright. I’ll have to commit that to memory." a small smile curved Lisa’s lips as she said that. it sounded pretty funny in a way considering the memory loss. But to be honest with herself, Lisa thought it was better to concentrate on present things than trying to remind everything from not so distant past. On the sound of his name, Raven turned his small bird head to Zacky again and croaked. "Shh!" Lisa hushed her pet up waving it off her shoulder. She smiled a little wider because that item Zacky talked about could really help. She nodded and before she could say something Zacky kissed her. It froze her for a short while but she smiled again when he left. She turned to the table where her pet landed and took a seat at it waiting for Zacky to come back. She crossed her legs and held her left hand out to Raven. It skipped onto her palm and Lisa brought hand back to herself. She petted her little avian friend gently.
