Name:Ghost Guillotine
Skill: Offensive, depending on circumstances- dark arts or defense, non-verbal.
Effect: It's effect is similar to sectumsempra, only with a few alterations to it. Rather than a wand being used, a sword is required to pull this trick off. With the swinging, the blade leaves a 'shockwave', which can slice through flesh, thin wood, and even fragile stone: depending on the velocity of the swing.
Description: Meant as an 'ace up one's sleeve' for Liam, one's sword skills can be applied to magic. They very blade is surrounded with a slight magic aura, from which the shockwaves are generated. The range and velocity all depend on the swing of the blade. If the swing is a long, slow sweep, the shockwave is a wide range only to last a few moments before dissipating (three feet). If it is a fast, strong slash, the shockwave released will be quick, narrow, and reach a long distance (a few yards so far) before dissipating). These shockwaves are hard to avoid due to the inability to see them.
One can predict where they are going to be by paying attention to the sword before it is swung, yet another means is possible. The shockwave has a slight distortion field, giving it a mirage effect. If one can pay attention to these 'mirages', then they should be fine. Using it often during a fight can exhaust the user physically due to the fact they have to swing a sword around quite a lot in order to even use it.
Another variant to this is possible, but it has not been tested nor designed yet.
